17 steps to disassemble HP 530 notebook
In this guide I will break apart an HP 530 battery Notebook PC and remove the top cover assembly. I ‘m replacing the entire upper deck, because one of the buttons on the touchpad does not work. Pressing the button feels loose and then sometimes not. The plastic button is part of the upper deck and if it breaks, it is necessary to replace the entire upper deck.
To replace the top cover, I have to disassemble the entire notebook computer. I will be the excretion of all intimate constituents, including fixed disk, keyboard, motherboard, fans and other important constituents.
My guide may work for some other HP notebook computers. If it goes for you, call your notebook computer model in the comments below and help other people.
First, you want to move out the HP 510 battery and turn off the laptop.
Step 1 Clear the store and Winchester drive covers from the undersurface of the notebook. Discover the wireless card to satisfy the storage.
STEP 2 Remove one screw fastening the CD VIDEODISC. Skid the drive of the laptop with a little screwdriver. Remove the optical drive.
STEP 3 Tighten the mounting plate on the left side, dividing it from the HP pavilion dv5000 battery motherboard. Remove the hard disc instalment.
STEP 4 If you replace the top cover, do not remove the memory modules and a wireless card, but it is necessary to separate the cables from the wireless card antenna of the card.
Disconnect the two WLAN antennas for the wireless card.
STEP 5 Remove eleven (yellow) screws at the bottom of the notebook. These screws are to secure the switch cover (food cover). Remove the two (red) screws. These two screws keeping the display board assembly. Remove the two (orange) screws. These two screws holding the HP pavilion dv9000 battery keyboard.
STEP 6 Turn your HP pavilion dv6000 battery notebook computer and start removing the switch cover. If you can not divide the bottom lid, use a piece of plastic (I ‘m using a pick).
Set the electrical switch between the top and bottom of the guitar and get the lid. Then remove the lid with your fingers. The switch has been extinguished.
STEP 7 We removed the two screws on the keypad in step 5 Now you can lift the keyboard base. Place the keyboard so you can access the cable connexion below. To release the cap, you have to move the brown block in the direction of the screen. Move around 2-3 mm, not more. The blockade must remain connected to the base of the terminal.
Now you can release the keyboard cable and remove the HP pavilion dv2000 battery keyboard.
