As we know DVB-S2(Digital Video Broadcasting - Satellite - Second Generation) is designed as a successor for the popular DVB-S digital television broadcast standard, and was developed in 2003 and ratified by ETSI (EN 302307) in March 2005. It is based on DVB-S and the electronic news-gathering (or Digital Satellite News Gathering) standard, used by mobile units for sending sounds and images from remote locations world-wide back to their home television stations.

And you can choose DVB-S2 Tuner Card from the following factors:

1. What channels can receive with your card

What channels can receive depends on the number of satellites, but some TV channels are encrypted, you can't watch them.

With the CI TV Tuner Card, you can watch encrypted channels, it allows you to insert cam (decryption card) to CI slot.

2. Single or Dual Tuner for your card

Some of Satellite TV Card is single tuner, but some are dual tuner, with the dual tuner card, your watching will be more convenient.

The dual tuner supports dual DVB-S2 TV channels receiving synchronously, which enables you to watch channel from one transporder/satellite while recording another channel from another transporder/satellite. Or you can use one channel for data download while watching TV in another channel in the same time.

3. What kinds of Interface for your card
