Is that good enough or should i sell it and get another one? Is 2GB RAM enough?
That laptop is fine for what you want to do. I wouldn't spend more unless I was planning on hi-end gaming. Dual Core 1.83 is more than enough for what you want.
Definitely upgrade to 2GB of memory if you haven't done that already.
Figure on a new Microsoft OS in a couple of years, for which you'll probably need an upgrade. No point in upgrading twice.
