1 drive in my RAID 5 is damaged?

I have 3 hard drives in RAID 5 and 2 other hard drives in RAID 1. While going through the motions of setting up the 2 new drives, I noticed one of the drives has bad sectors in my RAID5. I have a Dell PowerEdge 2600 with a PERC 4/Di controller.

I have one free slot to stuff another drive in there. I can purchase the same drive from a supplier as the faulty one. If I just put it in there, is there usually a function to make it take over one of the drives. I know there is a hot swap function. Do I set that up and just remove the bad drive? Please help me with a way to solving this without data loss etc...

The idea of RAID 5 is the ability to replace the drive. Yes replace the drive, re-boot the Server go into the Perc controller BIOS and add it to the RAID. I never hot swap drives, turn off the server before replacing the drive and ensure that the disk goes in the bad drives bay if the Server has a back plane! You may just need to replace the drive. The Server could detect the drive and start to reconstruct the RAID. Read the manual first! Backup up all files and do a test restore before rebuilding the RAID.
