Nissan micra k11 harness adapter for stereo?

I just bought a new jvc stereo and the stereo has the iso connectors and I have to buy a harness.
However, I have looked up about it all and everyone says the pc2-13-4 adapter will work apart for micra that were fitted with the blaupunkt stereo as stock.

I have the blaupunkt stereo fitted as stock and I need an adapter that goes from 7 pin & 4 pin to iso not the 9pin & 4pin to iso which the pc2-13-4 is.

Just wondering if anyone knows what adapter to get or will the pc2-13-4 work fine?

I used to have a K11... and I ended up hard wiring it all with bullet connectors.

The PC2-13-4 did not work with my Alpine at the time. Your best bet is to take your stereo in to store or take a photo of the connectors in the K11 and see what could match. It was a mission. Then I eventually found that there was a converted block to convert the K11 connections to enable me to plug them into an ISO.

Whatever you do... do not touch the orange (dimmer) wire as this will short your headlights. So best not to connect that wire and seal it off with electrical tape.
