Memory card adaptor/card reader trouble. What am I doing wrong?
OK. So I have a a small memory card for my phone. It is a Kingston 2GB one. It came with a couple of adaptors. I have managed to get this to work in my card reader a couple of times, but now, the card reader indicates a light saying it is working, but nothing comes up on the screan (the dialogue box asking you if you wanna open the folder or whatever). What am I doing wrong? Thanks

from the limited info that u have given i should say that maybe the autorun option for external devices might be turned off. so next time u plug in ur card reader open my computer and refresh it a coupla times. if it still doesnt show in my computer then try a different usb port or a different comp. still not workin then maybe the reader is defunct. sometimes it happens that the power is on but the data is not being read by the comp
