HTC Sensation: The HTC Desire HD with the Latest Technology
Just last month, one of the leading Taiwanese phone companies has announced the release of their latest product, the HTC Sensation. During this period, most of the details regarding its specifications have been shrouded in uncertainty. The price is unknown yet. The storage capacity is not yet clear to many, and its processing speed is still suspected to be just about 1 GHz only. As said by many, the latest release by HTC is the new and improved version of the HTC Desire HD. In many aspects, the HTC Sensation can be said as having all of HTC Desire HD's features tapped with the latest development for smartphones, particularly in processing speed, and motion sensitivity.
Now, let us compare how the Sensation and the Desire HD have similarities and differences.
In terms of weight, Sensation is just a bit lighter than the Desire HD that has a weight of 164 grams or half the weight of one small bottle of ketchup. Meanwhile, Sensation has a weight of 148 grams or the weight of a pack of 12-piece chocolate cookies. On the other hand, the dimension of the Sensation has increased by very little so it is not worth discussing; the user will almost not feel the difference in dimension when both smartphones are in his hands. Not much of a difference in weight, but still worth mentioning. The size of the screen did not change; Sensation still holds the same 4.3 inch touch screen that the Desire HD has but the resolution has significantly improved from the typical 480 X 800 to 560 X 960 qHD (quarter High Definition).
As mentioned earlier, one of the significant improvements that the HTC Sensation has from the Desire HD is the processing speed. From Desire HD's 1 GHz processing speed, the Sensation has arrived at a speed of 1.2 GHz in dual core, but don't just take it by the numbers. An increase of 0.2 GHz will significantly enhance the speed of loading high bandwidth web pages and opening multiple tabs, and with the use of a dual core processor, this loading speed just becomes faster. Both models operate using Android 2.2 with HTC Sense.
Surprisingly, the storage capacity of Sensation moved from its predecessor's 1.5 GB to 1 GB only, with the same RAM of 768 MB. However, this default storage capacity can still be expanded by inserting an SD Card 2.0 of even up to 32 GB, so this is not much to care about.
The specs of HTC Sensation's camera have significantly improved in terms of video recording, while taking of photos still has the same quality. HTC Sensation has retained the 8 megapixel auto-focus dual LED flash that its predecessor had, but has improved in video recording from 720px to 1080px.
All in all, it is really a lot better to purchase HTC Sensation if you are still looking for a new smartphone; however, if you already have the Desire HD, it would still be better to stick to it for a little longer since there are no sky-rocketing improvements to its specs yet.

New case for dell 8400?
I was wondering if there was a case out there that allowed me to use all of the internal componets of my dell 8400 including the shroud/fan and the heat sink. The heat sink is something weird heres a picture of it and the shroud. It's the big object in pictures 4 and 6.

No. It's a custom Dell rig, so there's nothing on the shelf that will work with everything directly without modification. You could always replace the heatsink with a new one and go from there. Thermaltake makes some really nice ones.
